Investigators say a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old were killed and one of them was thrown by a Kia sedan that crashed into a truck in the SR-46. The soldiers said a witness told them that the driver of the sedan was crossing another lane when he collided head-on with another driving in the other direction. The 1-year-old in the sedan was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital with serious injuries, the soldiers said. SR46 closes in Wekiva in both directions, bad accident / fire dead. The truck overturned and caught fire due to the collision, according to a report. The soldiers said the driver in the pickup and four passengers managed to get out of the truck. Soldiers said the crash remained under investigation and charges were pending.
