The crash, described as a “rear-end,” happened around 1:35 p.m. near Helmcken Road and resulted in significant delays for northbound commuters. Emergency Services, RCMP and fire crews were called to assist, with View Royal Fire telling CHEK News at least one vehicle was towed. The scene was cleared around 3 p.m
