The 13-year-old lives in Stoke-on-Trent with her family, but lives with her father and his girlfriend in Exmouth this Easter. Rachel Fenton-Livingstone tells her that she has been missing for eleven hours now and “has taken all her things with her”.
Ms Fenton-Livingstone said: “She is out of character for her and does not know the area well at all.
