It is not yet clear why they were in the area, but those found at the scene say they were trying to arrest two men who appeared to be leaving the street. Many were alarmed to see such a large number of emergency vehicles on the residential road.
Witnesses say there were two unmarked police vehicles, a section of armed police dogs, a riot truck, a police van and several cars. Residents were seen hanging out of windows and on the street trying to get a taste of what was happening.

The vehicles were on a property for a short time before exiting Grimsby Street with an escort. However, it remains unclear whether or not someone was arrested during the incident.
