The Russian Foreign Ministry announced on Saturday morning that the prime minister and members of the cabinet had been included in the sanctions list. The list includes Dominic Raab, the deputy prime minister. Liz Truss, Secretary of State; Ben Wallace, Secretary of Defense; Grant Shapps, Secretary of Transport. Rishi Sunak, the chancellor; Kwasi Kwarteng, the secretary of operations; Nadine Dorries, the secretary of culture; James Heappey, the secretary of defense; and Suella Braverman, the attorney general.
