The 27-year-old was involved in a clash on the eve of United’s clash in the Premier League with rival Liverpool, according to the PA news agency. No one has been injured and the Portuguese international is expected to train with the rest of Ralph Rangnik’s team on Monday. The Fernandes midfielder has nine goals and six assists in his 30 league appearances with the Reds this season. Most recently he appeared in United’s tough 3-2 victory over relegation that threatened Norwich City on Saturday.
