The above video is from a previous story. The altercation broke out Thursday afternoon after the suspect led police in a pursuit from The Heights area of Houston. Police said they received a theft call around 12:30 p.m. at 1504 Northwood. From there, the suspect took off, setting off a chase that landed on Highway 288, then on FM 1462 and eventually ended up in a house outside CR 185 in Brazoria County. WHY ARE THEY RUNING? The suspects tell their stories of high-speed pursuits Authorities in Brazoria County said they made several attempts, including throwing gas at the house, to try to remove the suspect, but did not succeed. Eventually, a response team entered the house and found the suspect in the attic. He was also found to have a backpack with multiple catalysts. The suspect, identified as Reece Crisp, had multiple warrants for his arrest, according to authorities. When asked about the house where the suspect was hiding, authorities said Crisp knew a woman who lived there. Their relationship is unknown.
