Summit County Sheriff’s deputies found Connerjack Oswalt crumpled and asleep in a convenience store last Saturday. After receiving him and making his fingerprints, the police managed to identify him as a person who had been declared missing from Clearlake, California in 2019. Oswalt left when he was 17, his mother Susan Flint recalls. “I never stopped looking for him. “There was not a day that I did not look for him, in any form or way,” he said. When authorities called the family to say their son was found, Gerald Flint’s father quit his job and drove for four hours to meet him in person. “We did not treat him [Oswalt] as a criminal. “We were treated as someone who has something deeper to look for,” said Sheriff Justin Martinez. “It is this intuition that really reunited this family.” With postal cables
