An investigation has been launched after the man was found lying on a boundary in Peak Lane in Upham. After he was found between 6am and 8am yesterday, emergency services tried to save him. But despite this, the Eastleigh pensioner sadly died at the scene. His relatives have been informed. Police are now appealing for any information. Constable Adam Sandham, said: “We are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident or anyone who saw what happened to contact us as soon as possible. “We are also keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident and may have dashcam footage. “Any information regarding this incident, no matter how trivial you may think it is, could be instrumental in determining the exact circumstances and assist in our investigation.” Anyone with information can contact police online or by calling 101 quoting 44220317275.
