(Photo: Hydro One) The Northern Tornadoes Project has released the results of its investigation into the tornado that touched down in the Marmora, Madoc and Tweed area on Sunday. According to its survey results, NTP says the tornado damage was estimated at EF2 with maximum wind speeds of 120 mph. The NTP says the tornado debris is estimated to have started at 8:11 p.m. and resumed at 8:59 p.m. Additional damages are being further investigated. The NTP says some of the additional damage may be due to storm-related explosions.
