Lambton County OPP has identified Andrew Chute, 45, of Sarnia, as a homicide victim in the Township of Enniskillen, Ont.
“We are still in shock that someone could do this to him,” Chute’s sister Heather Chute Grant told CTV News in a message.
“He was such a friendly guy. “Always there for anyone to help when needed.”
On Thursday, April 14, at 7 a.m., district police responded to a report of a dead man in a parking lot off Marthaville Street.
For three days, OPP closed Marthaville Rd. and have researched in front of the Marthaville Habitat Management Area.
Investigators believe it is a targeted incident and say there is no risk to public safety.

This is the second time in the last four months that a body has been found in Enniskillen, which has a population of less than 3,000.
In December, the remains of an 18-year-old from Ajax were found on Crooked Road.
Lambton County Guard and Enniskillen Mayor Kevin Marriott says that when the road reopens, the Habitat Area will be closed to the public and cut off with tape.
It is owned by the county and administered by the St. Louis Conservation Authority. Clair.
Police have not said they have any suspects in custody, which leaves the family hoping the case will be resolved.
“Hopefully the researchers will find the person / s responsible!” says Chute Grant.
