A spokesman for the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “At 1.41pm. On Saturday, April 16, we received reports of a fire in an industrial building in Westbrook, Newbury. Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue crews from Newbury, Theale and two officers are currently being dispatched to the scene, with crews from the Dorset and Wiltshire fire and rescue services. “Firefighters located a fire with possible fireworks and fireworks. “There are sieges, but people are being asked to stay away from the area, while the emergency services are dealing with this fire.” The fire service added in a tweet: “Fire crews are currently watching a large fire along the M4 J14-13 motorway. “Reduce any emergency calls, as the crews are extremely busy.” The M4 is closed in both directions between junction 13 and junction 14 after the debris lands on the roadway. There is diversion and drivers have been warned to prepare for travel delays.
