Four assailants armed with sledgehammers and an angle wheel targeted the ATM at the local Nisa store on Longshaw Street in Dalam, Warrington, at 2:40 a.m. today. (Good Friday). No police officers were injured in the incident and investigations are ongoing.” Sergeant Detective David Schofield of Warrington CID said: “I want to reassure the local community that we are doing everything we can to identify the perpetrators, recover the stolen money and ensure that they are brought to justice. As part of our ongoing investigation, we want to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or has video from a dashboard or CCTV camera that can assist with our investigation. “Maybe you think you probably know who the perpetrators are or the location of the white VW Golf where they escaped.
