Photos published by WTAE journalist Ashley Zilka show cars with broken windows and a seemingly lost sneaker outside the apartment. On the opposite side of the road, TribLive reports, a broken second-floor window was open and less than a block away, a Subaru Legacy was stained with blood. Rifle shells and pistols were also found at the scene.

It remains unclear who rented Airbnb, but according to TribLive, Allegheny County property records refer to the property owner as 900 North Group LLC. No information has been released on the possible suspects, and an investigation into the shooting is ongoing. “It’s our highest priority to find out who did this,” Schubert told a luncheon, adding, “We will not sleep until we get this.” Authorities are asking witnesses to bring photos or videos from the scene and are asking anyone with information to call Major Crimes at (412) 323-7161.
