The team claimed the women’s championship at Royal St. John’s Regatta, clocking in at 5:11. The team also won the Placentia and Harbor Grace Regattas, and with today’s victory they completed a triple crown of rowing. Meanwhile, NTV took the men’s championship with a time of 9:40, about 12 seconds ahead of second-placed Home Hardware. NTV is no stranger to the winner’s circle having also won the men’s race for the 2021 regatta.

Rounding out the field for the championship tonight are Capital Home Hardware, Fine Strokes and Penny Kia. The women qualify first at 6:30 followed by the men at 7:00 for the Platinum Jubilee Regatta Championship.
