Toronto police say the fatal collision happened near Wilson Ave. and Clayson Rd. – near Hwy. 401 and Hwy. 400 – around 3 am A pedestrian was hit and the driver fled, police said Saturday on Twitter. The seriously injured man, whose name was not immediately released, was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead. The police immediately located the driver. The unidentified driver was arrested and charged with impaired driving.
