Liz died peacefully in her sleep from natural causes on Friday at 2:30 p.m. … just 5 days after her 93rd birthday. Liz starred Helen in the show for the entire series – from 1993-1998. He is the only non-central character to play during the full series. If you remember, Ellen and her husband, Morty, lived in Florida. Her iconic phrase – “How could anyone not like it?” She was playing a VERY overprotective mom. In addition to “Seinfeld”, Liz played the eccentric neighbor, Mrs. Ochmonek, in “ALF”. Liz was a successful Broadway actress, appearing in 12 productions on the Great White Way, including “Happy End” with Meryl Streep. It was a famous date with James Dean and he even wrote a book about it entitled “Dizzy and Jimmy”. They had a very passionate relationship. The book is turned into a feature film. Liz, who was a dancer in the 50’s, loved to sing and did a show for a woman, “Mrs. Seinfeld Sings”, all over the country. Liz was left by her daughter and son-in-law. It was 93. RIP
