Russia’s Defense Ministry says it has hit a plant near Kyiv that produces long-range and medium-range missiles as well as anti-ship missiles. The previous day, Ukraine said it had hit Moskva, the flagship of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet, with a cruise missile attack.
