The reality beauty opened up on Instagram last month about her battle with depression and anxiety, which has resulted in weight loss, mood swings and trouble sleeping.
Alongside two pictures of her taken a year apart, she said: ‘This time last year I was suffering from anxiety and depression behind closed doors. This resulted in me having insomnia, extreme mood swings and losing two stone in weight.’
She explained that her confidence plummeted and she “lacked love” in herself, continuing: “I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror because I didn’t recognize myself both physically and mentally.
“I completely lost myself and wasn’t sure who I was as a person anymore.”
