The incident happened on Wednesday, July 27 at around 11:30 p.m
Police say a man attended an arena concert and fired “uncontrolled” fireworks into the crowd, injuring three people.
Videos on social media show several rounds of colorful fireworks being launched into the concert venue from what appears to be the rear section of the floor.
Police said on July 30 they executed a search warrant at a home near Jane Street and Weston Road and allegedly seized a quantity of explosives.
Nam Ton, 29, of Toronto, is wanted for mischief – endangering life.
He is described as five-foot-six with a medium build and collar-length dark hair.
The suspect may be driving a white license Honda CRV CTYV 147.
