Police have released a CCTV footage of a suspect he wants to speak to after the death of Petru-Sorin Doleanu, 41, on March 29. Mr Doleanu was with two friends on St John’s Road in Wembley, north London, when a man approached them around 9pm on December 17, 2021. Officers said a “fight” ensued and Mr Doleanu was attacked. Image: Police released a picture of someone they want to talk to after Mr Doleanu’s death Mr Doleanu fell ill the next day and was taken to hospital, where he remained until his death. Necropsy-necropsy gave the causes of death as pneumonia and head injury. Detective Inspector Jack Stillwell said: “The last few months have been extremely challenging for Peter’s family and friends. “While it has been clear for some time that his injuries were extensive, his death was understandably very difficult for them to reconcile.” :: Anyone with information is requested to contact the police at 101 giving the report 2254 / 18DEC.
