The deputies answered a call at 12:16 a.m. from 7200 block on Franklin Boulevard and found two men and a woman lying in a local business parking lot with at least one shot each, according to a department statement. Deputies attempted rescue measures on one of the men until Sacramento Metro Fire Department personnel arrived and confirmed his death at the scene, according to the statement. Metro Fire transported the other two to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. A fourth victim was life-threateningly injured and taken to a nearby hospital in a private vehicle before the first correspondents arrived, according to the media bulletin. Sacramento County Medical Examiner’s Office did not publicly identify the killer until late Sunday morning. Crime scene investigators and homicide detectives have not yet provided suspicious information.
