In an interview with Sky Sports, the defender referred to the poor recent form of United, which has seen its hopes of finishing in fourth place, but is weakening. We here at the club know the responsibility that is to play for Manchester United. In this way we bear this responsibility. All the players are here based on their value, they deserve to be here. We try to do our best, and that includes winning trophies, so obviously when that doesn’t happen, when we’re not winning games, the fans are right to be annoyed. We have this responsibility, but we work very hard every day, so it is up to us to change and turn these negative reviews into positive thoughts.
