The ECCC told CTV News that the twister went down at 6:38 p.m., five kilometers east of Teulon, Man.
He was on the ground for about four to five minutes and the ECCC said there were no reports of damage or injuries.
Tornado watches and warnings were in effect Tuesday afternoon for the Dugald, Beausejour, Grand Beach, Bissett, Victoria Beach, Nopiming Provincial Park and Pine Falls areas as well as Whiteshell, Lac du Bonnet and Pinawa.
As of 10:20 p.m., all tornado watches and warnings had expired.
The ECCC says if a tornado watch is upgraded to a tornado warning, people should go inside a room on a lower floor, away from exterior walls and windows. If you are in a vehicle, tent, trailer, camper, or any other temporary or independent shelter, you should move to a strong building if you can.

(Source: Blair Mirecki) The ECCC noted there were also reports of toonie-sized hail in Manitoba, but did not have exact locations of where it fell. However, the weather service reported wind gusts of up to 45 miles per hour in the Great Falls area. The storm is now expected to make landfall in Ontario. As of Wednesday morning, the ECCC says the Manitoba community of Komarno received golf ball-sized hail during Tuesday’s storm, while Great Falls was hit with 25 millimeters of rain. There are currently no weather warnings in the province.
