The four victims were pronounced dead at the scene. They have not been identified by police. A federal arrest warrant was also issued Saturday after he was charged with “unlawful flight to avoid prosecution,” the FBI said. He also contacted the Dayton Police Department’s Bomb Squad “out of an abundance of caution,” he said. Neighbors have been asked to review any CCTV footage from that day. Porter said police were working to determine “if there was any motive for this horrific tragedy” and had no further information on the investigation. “This is the first violent crime in this neighborhood in recent memory,” Porter said.
