House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is under fire on social media for comments she made about her “connection” to China during a press conference Thursday. Pelosi said she has always had a special relationship with China because of her childhood memory. “When I was a little girl, I was told on the beach, if I dug a hole deep enough, we’d get to China, so we’ve always felt a connection there,” Pelosi said. Pelosi made the comment during a trip to the Indo-Pacific. NANCY PELOSI GOES TO TAIWAN Amid CHINESE THREATS, MILITARY ACTIVITY House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif. (AP Photo/J.
