Ohio Killer Stephen Marlow Who Allegedly Killed 4 Has Been Arrested After A Manhunt Police Say.

Steven Marlowe, 39, was arrested in Kansas by the Lawrence Police Department, Butler Township Police Chief John Porter said at a news conference.
