Stephen Phillips, who is 40 years old, was last seen on Tuesday July 26, 2022 in Coy Pond. He is described as white, about five feet ten inches tall, of medium build and with brown hair. When last seen, he was wearing a brown jacket, black jeans and dark shoes. He also had a backpack and a green mountain bike with him. Police asked for the public’s help in locating him.
