There was a large police presence at Baron 84 on Bold Street yesterday (Saturday.) A worker at a nearby store told ECHO that a quarrel had broken out between two workers at the Middle East restaurant. 

Police today confirmed that the incident involved “two staff members” at Baron 84. Police also confirmed that police had made an arrest at the scene, which the force described as a “dispute”. Police cordoned off the restaurant’s outdoor living area. The restaurant seemed to be closed. An employee at a local store said: “A customer came in and said there was an argument between two employees at the restaurant next door. It all happened around 11 in the morning. There was a lot of police and an ambulance.” The incident is estimated to have happened around 11.30 in the morning. ECHO approached Baron 84 for comment.
