Police responded to a kidnapping call shortly before 1pm at a house on Abner Terrace. At the scene, police learned that a male suspect had abducted an adult woman and an 11-year-old child against their will, forcing them to get into a vehicle. The vehicle is believed to be a black Jeep Compass with Georgia CSL5977 license plate. Kerline Lubin, 38, is the adult victim who was abducted along with her 11-year-old son, Pierre, according to information released by Atlanta police.
