Police responded to reports of gunshots in a parking lot on Markham Road and Lawrence Avenue East around 1 a.m. Saturday.
Four men were found at the scene with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
Two of the victims were taken to a local hospital and the other two were taken to a trauma center.
Police said a fifth male victim also went to the hospital alone.
The suspects reportedly fled the scene in a blue car, but no other details have been released about the suspects.
