One person was killed and three others were injured in a bomb blast near the eastern city of Luhansk on Friday, Governor Serhiy Gaidai said in a statement. One gas pipeline was damaged in Lysychansk and Sievierodonetsk, which was without gas and water, Gaidai said in a post on the Telegram messaging app. “Evacuate as much as possible,” Gaidai said in a later post, adding that buses were ready for those wishing to evacuate from the area.
