Russia said Thursday that Moskva had sunk after a bomb blast. Ukraine said it had hit the ship, the flagship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, with a missile. Russia’s Defense Ministry has released a 26-second video showing Yevmenov and two other officers standing outside in front of about 100 sailors at a parade ground. He showed them talking to a man. The ministry did not say when the meeting took place. Russia says the crew of 500 was rescued after the blast late Wednesday. Ukrainian officials said some of the passengers died, but did not provide evidence for the allegations. Sign up now for FREE unlimited access to Reuters.com Register Report by David Ljunggren.
