A man was shot and killed around 2:10 p.m. on Manton Street 400 in South Philadelphia. The victim has not been identified. Around 2 p.m., police say a 37-year-old woman was shot once in the upper thigh near F and Lippincott Streets in Kensington. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital and treated in stable condition. About 10 minutes later, police say four people were shot in the 4000 block on Wallace Street. There was no immediate update on their condition. A 28-year-old man and a 65-year-old man were both shot at around 2:12 p.m. on N. 31st Street in the Brewerytown section of the city. Both victims were transported in critical condition to a local hospital. A 25-year-old woman was shot in the upper thigh at 6500 Walker Street, around 2:41 p.m. She was rushed to a local hospital, but there is no immediate information on her condition. Police say a 33-year-old man was also found to have suffered a gunshot wound to the head. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died. Shortly before 3 p.m., police say an 18-year-old was shot twice in the knee at 4400 Holden Street in downtown Powellton. He was rushed to a local hospital and is being treated in stable condition. The shootings continued until Thursday afternoon. Police say a 22-year-old was shot at 3400 Braddock Street at around 5:30 p.m. in Port Richmond. He was taken to a nearby hospital and treated in critical but stable condition. At around 6:12 p.m., police say a 37-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman were shot several times at Whitaker Avenue 4900. The 37-year-old victim is said to be stable while the 33-year-old is being treated in critical condition. No arrests have been made in connection with the shootings.
