The OPP shared an image on Twitter Saturday night showing a stopped SUV with a mattress and box spring attached to the roof. The SUV stopped along Highway 401 near Maitland. “Disaster was averted today after #GrenvilleOPP officer stopped this driver,” the OPP said. “The mattress and box spring were attached to the ceiling with a single rope.” The driver was charged with dangerous goods under the Road Traffic Act.
