The Summerland Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire Saturday morning near Garnet Lake. Fire Chief Rob Robinson said a fire truck with four firefighters and a water hydrant with three firefighters and a one-person service vehicle were on the scene. The scene was turned over to the RCMP who are investigating what happened. Castanet has contacted the RCMP for more information.
