SkyFOX was over a strange scene where an SUV goes through a fence and begins to travel along the train tracks in the Southern Los Angeles area. The driver of this black SUV eventually crashed into a fence and drove into train tracks in the Boyle Heights area. He then lost control of the vehicle and tried to escape on foot.
