Ou Yang Li-hsing, deputy head of the military’s Chung-Shan National Institute of Science and Technology, was found dead in a hotel room in southern Taiwan on Saturday morning, CNA reported. He said authorities are investigating the cause of death. Ou Yang was on a business trip to southern Pingtung County, CNA said, adding that he had taken up the position early this year to oversee various missile production projects.
