The Vancouver Police Department said the human remains found in Richmond on May 2, 2022, have been identified as Tatiana Harrison. “Tragically, we now believe that Tatiana died in another town before she was reported missing,” Const. said Tania Visintin, VPD officer. “The Medical Examiner’s Office advised the VPD that Tatiana died of drug toxicity, specifically fentanyl.”
