Emergency crews responded to the collision of two vehicles on Craig Street in Russell, Ont. around 9:30 p.m. Thursday. Ontario provincial police say two youths and an adult were taken to hospital with serious but non-threatening injuries. Police say the driver of one of the vehicles was arrested on the spot and an approved control device was used. Robin Harrison, 54, of Russell, faces charges of bodily harm and surgery, and has health problems under the Canadian Penal Code. Police say the investigation is ongoing.
