Toronto Police Investigating After Bodies Of 10 Puppies Found At Scarborough Parking Lot

Police said they were called to report animals at Cosentino Drive and Progress Avenue, east of Midland Avenue, at 10 a.m.
Officers and animal welfare officials arrived and found the remains of 10 puppies in plastic bags, police said.
The puppies are believed to have been about four months old.
