Police said the collision occurred at the intersection of Caledonia Road and Kitchener Avenue, south of Eglinton West Avenue, just before 8:45 p.m.
When police and paramedics arrived, they located the two pedestrians, believed to be in their teens or early 20s, with serious injuries.
Toronto rescuers said one of the men was rushed to an injury center in serious but non-life-threatening condition. The other was taken to a local hospital.
Police said the driver remained at the scene.
Roads in the area were closed for investigations.
