The boys, aged 15 and 16, were attacked on Lickprivick Street in the East Kilbride Greenhills area at around 9.30pm on Friday. They were taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, but police say their condition is unknown at this time. Officers are following a “positive line of inquiry” into their investigation into the attack. A spokesman said: “Officers were called to Lickprivick Street, East Kilbride for reports of a knife around 9:30 pm on Friday. “Two teenage boys, aged 15 and 16, were taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. “Investigations into the incident are ongoing and police are following a positive line of inquiry.”
