The Ukrainians have used the Internet to rally resistance to the Russian invasion, counter Moscow propaganda and gain international support, including through President Volodymyr Zelensky’s calls for arms. Ukraine has extensive Internet connections on its land borders and most of the country has remained connected despite Russian attacks on the Internet infrastructure.
