President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden look forward to welcoming some 30,000 children and their adult companions to the egg roll, egg hunt and other activities.
The first lady, who is a teacher, calls it the “Egg Roll,” the assistants said, and turns South Lawn into a school community with a variety of training centers.
It is the first Easter egg roll hosted by Biden, who is expected to speak to the crowd and take part in some of the activities, although it was raining in Monday’s weather forecast.
