The body of Orsoloya Gaal was discovered by Glenn Van Nostrand, who called the police. The holdall bag was spotted by Von Nostrand while he was taking his dogs for a walk in Queens, New York shortly after 8 a.m. yesterday (April 16) and at first he thought he had just been thrown. But the two Rhodesian ridgebacks shook as they got closer before looking inside, the Mirror Online reports. “They are fragrant hounds,” Van Nostrand told The Post. “They see the world through their noses.” His dogs continued to drag him elsewhere after the horrific finding, and when they arrived police helped investigators track down a fresh trail of blood. According to reports, blood was flowing from the bag and the path led back to Ms. Gaal’s house about half a mile away, where her 13-year-old son was alone. He did not know where his mother was, according to police. The New York Post reported that the boy was seen handcuffed and taken away from police before being questioned and then released. Howard Klein, the victim’s husband, and their 17-year-old son are said to have been out of state. Police, however, said they were returning to New York. The two men, officials said, are “people of interest” in the case, they told the Post. Ms. Gaal’s Facebook profile shows many photos of her with a dog in New York. Her social media profile shows that she attended the Budapest Business School College of International Management and Business. Klein’s Twitter account shows that he is a lithium trader who founded RK Equity. Another social media account showed that he attended the University of Michigan. Neighbors in the area were alarmed by the horrific discovery and described feeling sick about finding the body. Police at the scene in Queens, New York Others said they did not feel safe walking in the neighborhood at night with a corpse thrown on the side of the road “It’s weird,” said Linda Gorniaczyk, a resident at the scene. “As a woman, it’s scary. “You hear real crimes and you do not want to see them in real life, especially in your neighborhood.” Do not miss the latest news from all over Scotland and beyond – Subscribe to our daily newsletter here.
